The Tiny House is ready for that special person to purchase. The plumber came and went so the kitchen and bathroom are fully plumbed as well as the gas cook top. We decided not to install a hot water system but will leave that to the new owner.
When we started this venture, nobody knew what a tiny house was and there were no regulations. Now things have changed and unfortunately this little house is not allowed to be fully registered. Its destiny is for permanent residence on someone’s property which is reflected in the price. A temporary permission can be given by Service NSW for minimal cost for moving to its new home.
